On behalf of the Lester Group, I would like to thank Sanpro for the recently completed Showrooms/Warehouse in Muchea. This project was designed for the Elders Group, construction was tilt-up & steel with a budget of around 2.5 million.

Given a very tight time frame Sanpro was able to deliver the project on time, on cost & with exceptionally quality. This was despite a very wet winter, difficult ground conditions & what can only be described as “crazy times” regarding procurement & labour challenges. Because Sanpro use trusted contractors, trades & suppliers they can control the critical path & ensure a quality finish.

Mark & Dean form an excellent team in that they split their roles from logistics to construction. Both are excellent in stakeholder management which is crucial to any project. I personally have been in the construction industry for over 40 years, I would welcome the opportunity to work with Sanpro again & would highly recommend them in any tender process.

On behalf of everyone at Peter Moyes Anglican Community School, I would like to thank Sanpro Construction for their work in building our new Chapel. All involved from Sanpro have been consummate professionals, producing a worshipping space of the highest calibre.

The chapel of St Gregory had the potential to be a challenging build, Not for Sanpro Construction. Mark and his team were a delight to work with, quickly resolving any issues and producing the highest quality of finishes on time and on budget. Sanpro Constructions have just completed the building of our new Church, in the Catholic Parish of Baldivis. The project has been carried out according to schedule, and we are very happy with the quality of materials and workmanship.

The company has been easy to work to work with, and the site supervisors have been friendly, obliging and accessible.
It has been a pleasure working with Sanpro and I am happy to make this commendation.

Sanpro Directors Mark Barbaro and Dean Trezise were regularly on site both at Site meetings and on the building site itself and towards the end Dean was often mistaken for a Contractor hard at work on the tools! A special note for the sub-contractors as well. I know Sanpro make an effort in looking after their sub-contractors and this is reflected in their work ethic and quality of work. I often was amazed at the conditions they worked in, particularly over winter. They were exceptional.

Contract Administration was flawless, and the detail provided at each Site Meeting was the right balance between detail and efficiency. In short, Sanpro are the best Builders I have worked with in 25 years in the Education Industry. It would be difficult for me to consider using another builder for future projects.

Sanpro have just completed the construction of a $5.8 million gymnasium and associated classrooms on our Wellard Campus. This is the second project that Sanpro has undertaken for the School.

We congratulate Sanpro for completing this project in time and budget. We were particularly impressed with the high standards and flexibility shown. Sanpro were very in tune with the requirements of the School for this building and showed consideration toward minimising the impact of the build on the operation of the School.

The fact that we have just awarded the contract for the refurbishment of our Calista Campus to Sanpro bears testimony to the quality and standing of Sanpro.

" Sanpro were most professional in undertaking this work, offered alternative solutions and cost savings to the clients in relation to some electrical issues and completed the works in a particularly short time frame and over the Christmas break. The works carried out by Sanpro Construction were completed to a high standard and resulted in a smaller than usual list of defects items. Sanpro exhibited a high degree of organisational capacity and attention to detail and my dealings with Dean Trezise, the site manager, provided positive outcomes for the project at all stages."

On behalf of Holy Cross College I would like to take this opportunity to commend Sanpro Construction for their outstanding work and workmanship. During 2020 and 2021 Sanpro Construction undertook construction of our gymnasium.
Previous to this Sanpro Construction has under taken a number of other projects at the College which included an extension of our existing staff room, the addition of a student wellness centre, and the construction of new hard courts.

To say the builds went smoothly, would not be giving enough recognition. With Jeff Carulli, Site Foreman, on site, we found that all s.ite works, deliveries and crane work were carried out safely and efficiently. Thanks to Sanpro our students are now enjoying a state of the art facility that is the envy of many of our neighbouring schools and has become for Catholic Education Western Australia Ltd the model for the future.
We hope to work with Sanpro again on future projects.
